The European edition of the Cross Border Planning for the Private Client conference, which was held in London between the 17th and 18th of September, covered a number of key areas, namely tax planning, structuring and estate planning, wealth management, family office structures and jurisdictional options.

At this conference, Dr Anthony Cremona TEP, partner heading the private client, trusts and foundations practice at Ganado Advocates, delivered a presentation about the changing scene for fiduciaries in Malta brought about by the coming into force of more robust regulations regulating fiduciaries. In his presentation discussed the manner in which Maltese law applying to fiduciaries is being strengthened and made more robust.
