GANADO Advocates is proud to announce the opening of an office in Luxembourg with newly appointed Partner, Natalia Hernandez, heading its operations. This will be the firm’s first office located outside of Malta and is a reflection of its continuous growth and ambitious plans for the future.

The firm’s Luxembourg services will be focused primarily on the establishment and authorisation of all types of investment funds and management companies providing such clients with advice throughout their existence. The team will also provide ongoing assistance with anti-money laundering and data protection compliance as well as regulatory advice on MIFID and AIFMD.
