The firm’s public procurement team recently participated in a survey prepared by The Polish Public Procurement Law Association on legal protection systems available in the field of public procurement in EU member states. The resulting report includes a proposal to extend the time limits for filing a complaint, reduce the fee for bringing legal protection measures and introduce an obligation to provide parties and participants with pleadings before the hearing.

Since its publication, it has received significant attention in Europe and among active participants in the public procurement market as well as foreign authorities and institutions (including the European Commission).
