MFSA Publishes Circular To Persons Involved In DLT Activity And Services Published on September 25, 2018 On 20th September, the Malta Financial Services Authority issued a circular addressed to persons involved in DLT asset activity and services. It serves the purpose of collecting data in relation to DLT asset activity and services in or from within Malta and as notification for the purposes of Article 62 of the Virtual Financial Assets Act.
